Just before the holiday break, we told you about how we've made it easier to get to full-text articles. In an effort to constantly improve our services, we have also made it easier for you to report any issues (or successes!) that you are having using our online research tool OneSearch+.
What is OneSearch+?
OneSearch+ is a single search box that allows researchers to look for books, articles, primary and secondary resources, and relevant collections at the same time. It does this by accessing an index of a majority (but not all of) the library's collections and holdings. You can access the OneSearch+ box from our homepage or by going to the OneSearch+ page directly.
There are two simple ways you can provide us with your feedback:
Option 1: Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Send an email to email@example.com and let us know what's happening. If you are not sure how to describe the problem, please take a screen shot or use your smart phone to take a photo and include that in your email message. We will respond as quickly as possible. We welcome both positive and negative feedback!
Option 2: Fill out our Satisfaction Survey
If you have general feedback that you would like to give us, please fill out our satisfaction survey. There is also a convenient link to this survey in the yellow box that now appears in the top right of your OneSearch+ results screen (see image below).
As always, please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions!
