Last month, we launched a campus-wide survey called LibQual+ intended to assess user perception of the quality of our library services.
Thank you to everyone who participated. We had a 13% response rate, and learned not only that our users have high expectations of the service they'd like to see at the library, but that in general we are doing a pretty good job at meeting those expectations. However, there is always room for improvement, and over the next few months we will be analyzing the results to identify the specific areas where you told us we aren't quite meeting your expectations. These areas will be prioritized in the library's strategic planning efforts.
Thanks to everyone who participated in the survey- your feedback is incredibly valuable. (And even though the survey is closed, you can always let us know how we're doing here!)
Last, but not least, congratulations to the winners of our Amazon.com gift cards!
